Discover Irkutsk with locals
Irkutsk was founded in 1661 and is the centre of East-Siberia. The city is situated at the intersection of major trade routes and quickly developed soon after its foundation. Irkutsk proudly bears the title "Paris of Siberia," and here you can find old churches and buildings with original architecture. In fact, Irkutsk is the biggest wooden town in the world.
In this excursion you will see beautiful old churches and cathedrals, well-preserved wooden houses, and other places of interest. You are sure to enjoy a walk along the bank of the Angara or walk into the historical centre of the city.
We also will visit market where you will see products from loacal farmers and try Baikal fish, fern salad, pine nuts and sour cream.

- standart is walking tour but we can organize excursion by car/bus. acing car you will be able to visit more places during shorter time. Car is also more comfortable during winter time.
